02) WILL YOU STAIN OR PAINT THE FURNITURE FOR ME?: We will finish, paint, and or detail your furniture for you. The price will depend on the particular piece/pieces of furniture and the paint or finish that is used..
03) CAN YOU CREATE A TABLE TOP AND CHOOSE THE LEGS?: Yes, choose from a variety of shaped table tops. Beautiful plank tops made from 2” or 1-1/4” solid alder planking.
Tops are fully assembled and depending on the leg height choice are waiting to be turned into an end, coffee, entry, dining table or writing desk units. 04) SORRY BUT NO TWO TREES ARE ALIKE!!Differences in color and grain are produced by nature in all woods. These natural characteristics create the beauty and interest found in all fine wood products. Only the artificial will be perfectly uniform in texture and grain. Real wood will show wide variations when finished (dark or light areas, knots etc.) nature created these variations and they cannot be eliminated. 05) DIFFERENT TYPES OF HARDWOODS CHERRY: Closed grained and resists warping and shrinking. It will redden when exposed to sunlight and ages well.
OAK: Strong with good bending qualities, heavy, hard and durable. Finishes well and resists moisture absorption. MAHOGANY: Fine grained easy to work, fairly strong, medium weight, reddish brown in color. Very durable and resists swelling, shrinking and warping. MAPLE: Fine textured. It is strong and hard. Has moderate shrinkage and machines well. TEAK: Hard and durable and resistant to moisture and rot. It resists warping, cracking and decay. 06) DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOFTWOODS: CEDAR: Fresh sweet odor and reddish in color. Easy to work and uniform in texture and is resistant to decay.
FIR: Works easy and finish well. Uniform in texture and non resinous. Has low resistance to decay. PINE: Straight grained but knotty, fairly strong, work easy and finishes well. It resists shrinkage, swelling and warping. REDWOOD: Light in weight, durable and easy to work. Has a natural resistance in decay. Used outdoor furniture, fencing and house siding. SPRUCE: Strong and hard. Finishes well and has low resistance to decay. Has moderate shrinkage and light in weight. 07) CAN YOU DUPLICATE OR MAKE COPIES OF FURNITURE?: We have a complete woodshop on site to take care of any duplication projects you might have.

Family owned since 1984 09) CAN YOU DO SPECIAL ORDERS?Do you have an idea for a furniture or living space thats unique? We will need a detailed drawing or picture, include wood type, and all dimensions.
